Firstly - always nice having meal at chijmes! Such a lovely place, and tons of restaurants to choose from. Ok with that out of the way, now the outfit! I loveee this outfit - so many of my favourite elements here. Layers, (almost) all black, high comfort level, and many different textures. There's knit, chiffon, crochet, denim and leather. Love it!
