Wearing one of my all time favourite work skirt and blouse together - and well, no surprises but I realllyyyyy like this outfit! Especially with this leather jacket and heels. Super easy to go from work to night out and I could seriously walk all day (cobbled grounds excluded) in these heels - as long as the super slim heel doesn't get stuck anywhere/destroyed. No words can sufficiently explain my fondness for each of these pieces I've got on and I love it that they all work so well with each other!

Unintentionally matching w Ian! Had lunch with my family at Grand Pavilion at Esplanade, our favourite Cantonese restaurant in Sg.

This dress is 100% lyocell and superrrr comfortable. It's one the rare feminine/girly pieces in my wardrobe! To be honest, I was mildly attracted by the gorgeous crochet detail at the hem initially and when I realised that it was lyocell, that sealed the deal! I knew I could expect really soft and comfortable fabric, which is also biodegradable (unlike polyester). It looks a lot like denim, and I have several denim-looking shirts that are lyocell too. They can be washed to have an edgy look or kept looking well-seasoned like this blue dress. One downside about lyocell is that it creases easily. SO FREAKING EASILY (as you all can see from the photos above). Ohwell.

These shoes have became increasingly uncomfortable to walk in. Not sure if it's because the leather stretched out and it became slightly loose on me :( I got it from a Club 21 sale a few years ago at 90% off retail price! How awesome is that. Really wanted to pop by the Club 21 sale this year but I was in Turkey that very weekend and totally missed it (no regrets though!). I walked from Raffles City S.C. all the way to Esplanade this very day and by the time I finished lunch, my toes were hurting so bad I went to Charles & Keith in City Link Mall, got myself a pair of beige pointed heels (I keep them in the office now because they're quite comfortable and literally goes well with everything!) and starting wearing them immediately. My feet felt like it went from hell to heaven when I finally switched shoes.

Over the moon to be able to attend the Rouge Coco Chanel workshop yesterday (Thanks StyleXStyle and special thanks to Cynthia!) at Tangs. Got to check out the new lipsticks, try some of them on and enjoy freaking yummy red velvet cheesecake and Smores brownie. AND CHECK OUT THAT AWESOME ILLUSTRATION! It's illustrated by Candice (Puffingmuffin), check out her work here! Such amazing talent (that I'll probably never have haha).

Can't wait to try out all the rest of the colours I didn't get to try at the workshop. It is more moisturising than I expected (that's always good) and I think my love for Chanel lipsticks just got deeper lolol. I foresee myself using their lipsticks (and ONLY their lipsticks) for the rest of my life.

And I'm so glad I found this pair of jeans at Zara. Finally, a pair of jeans that's perfectly cropped for me and I didn't even need to alter it (even the bum area fits well! Thanks to my butt for putting on some weight haha). I outgrew my previous pair of ASOS Petite indigo/dark blue jeans and have been looking for a new pair for some time now and when I saw this at Zara.. well I'm just glad it fits me THIS well.
