Found these old photos from last year's Chinese New Year! This was from the first day of CNY last year and as usual, my maternal relatives gathered at one of my uncle's place and we all have a good lunch together. As usual, CNY outfit planning is probably the toughest for me because no black allowed when visiting relatives (except shoes because we all take them off when entering the house anyway). Was surprised how well this Mango dress fitted me (Only alteration I needed to do was to shorten it), and I love the colour too! This year's outfit planning has been pretty challenging too....most of my new clothes are black!

Went for a slightly safari-ish look with khaki green and animal print. This knit skirt does wonders: it hugs at the right places and is super flattering (despite the print)! It has an autumny-orange coloured base and somehow paired with the khaki green tee feels very 'right' to me. Probably some autumn coloured underlying theme going on here, I don't know haha. Autumn is , after all, my favourite season!
