This outfit literally feels like loungewear. This pair of trousers is a great alternative to work trousers - it still looks tapered with the fold up hem and pockets. One of my favourite feature of it is the elastic waistband. Super comfy and convenient! Also, throwing on a blazer just makes the entire outfit more work appropriate.

This dress is perfect for work, evening parties, buffets, pregnancy, and almost any other non-chinese new year occasion we can all think of. Nine West is usually known for shoes but honestly, they make pretty good quality garments too. This piece is such an easy shift dress with a modest neckline (but with a cheeky slit) and the length is perfect for my petite frame (I had it altered anyway haha). I got it in US2, 2 sizes bigger than my usual size. Hence, it is pretty loose on me - but the layered detail shows the proportions and well, the pockets just make any dress x10 cooler. Wanted to go all black as I usually like to but I decided to go with a pop of blue and this amazing pair of grey leather boots. Oh did I mention, these boots are one of my highest boots, but they are also pretty easy to walk in for such a heel height (and stiletto width)! If I can chase a bus in it, it's good enough.

Went out for dinner and drinks w one of my best gfs and couldn't wait to wear my new favourite heels out. It's one of my staple work heels now because it is extremely walkable (and runnable). Not too high, pointed and sling backed, there's nothing much I can complain about - except the noise it makes when I walk sometimes (because of the slingback) but I can def look over that!

This pair of heels have rekindled my love for Nine West. I mean, I have always been a fan of their shoes but have never gotten a new pair from them for the past 3 years. This just reminds me of my first pair of heels (from Nine West too) and how well their shoes fit me.

This cami top (I'm sure you have all seen it before on this space) is also one of the tops which i love - both for work and the weekends. It's soooo comfy and versatile - check out how else I styled it here!

Austria | Vienna | Day 1

My mum and I took a train from Salzburg to Vienna and spent our first day there just walking around the city. It was horribly gloomy and windy that day. We had rice for lunch that tasted a whole lot like chicken rice in Singapore and my mum loved it haha. The grand looking cathedral was super gorgeous and was right in the middle of the main shopping district but sadly it was under renovation/reconstruction when we were there. Many other beautiful sculptures/architecture were covered in this net-like thing, which I guess is used to prevent any parts of the sculptures from falling off and hitting people/kids picking on the precious statue. Looks really hideous in photos though, ohwell. The shops in Austria are really pretty on the outside, kind of just makes people want to walk in and shop LOL.

Bought this Mango Kids jacket in Salzburg and it fits me perfectly. The sleeves aren't too long and the shoulders fit really well. I thought twice before getting it though, because of the colour. it's pretty bright, more like a purple-ish hue rather than the usual burgundy.
