As usual, all black for work

Blazer (XS) & lyocell tee (XS) | Zara
Trousers (UK2) | ASOS petite
Boots | ASOS
Bag | Whistles

So... here's another all black outfit - this time for work too, but with an edge!

I love wearing tees with blazers but my office does not allow anyone to wear just a tee to work (obviously). Black always look chic and makes outfits look more put together. This blazer has some sort of satin lapel that reminds me slightly of a tuxedo and is soooo well made, it made me fall in love with Zara blazers again. My first ever Zara blazer was this blue one which I've worn sooo many times now (including to job interviews) and I love the shade of blue it is in. All the zara outerwear I've gotten so far has been amazing and I love each of them loads!

Basic Burgundy

Cardigan | JDY (via ASOS, also available at Robinsons at The Heeren)
Grey vest & rectangle necklace | ASOS
Leigh jeans | Topshop Petite
Shoes | Topshop
Watch & leather bracelet | Agnès B.

Super casual and comfy outfit for running errands! This shade of burgundy/purplish is realllyyyy gorgeous and for the price, its quality is amazing. I'm so glad Robinsons finally brought it (and so many other lovely labels I love too) into Singapore. I need not risk purchasing ill-fitting clothes from my favourite labels now that Sg stocks some of them - yaye!

This greyish leather bag has also been one of my go-to bags whenever I'm in a rush to get out of the house (almost everyday lol). It holds all my must-brings perfectly with some space to spare and can be carried on 2 different straps for different styles. The leather gets softer each day with regular use too.

Casual Sunday

Cardigan | CORE Woman via Robinsons
Bag | Furla
Crop top | ASOS Petite
Necklace | Agnès b.
Jeans & sunglasses & shoes | Zara

Picked up this dual coloured cardigan at Robinsons some time back. It's super soft and has a long split at the sides. There are pockets too, which I love. (I'm a huge fan of garments with pockets).
This simple look is one I wear a lot, which includes monotone basics. This cardigan makes a normal outfit more interesting with its details and colours, creating a more interesting everyday look.
I have a new found love - Zara jeans! I used to not be able to fit them because they were always too big for me but this year, my bum has decided to finally grow a little and jeans that fit are easier to find now! Zara jeans are super comfortable and well made (although they're very long for my petite frame). I do have to alter the length for almost every pair I get from Zara but sometimes, rolling the hem up, like how I worn mine in this outfit, works too. Altering the length of jeans is a lot less complicated than altering the area at the waist (and a lot cheaper too).

Beige Leather Jacket

Leather jacket | Mint Velvet via Robinsons
Jeans | Zipia
Heels | Zara
Bag | Balenciaga
V-neck Tee | ASOS Petite
Necklace | Taipei
Watch | Hugo Boss

THIS. Is the perfect beige leather jacket for me. It's been so difficult to find a beige toned leather jacket in a nice shade of beige that suits me. This particular one has a hint of pink/blush and is less 'brownish' than many other I have seen previously. AND IT HAS THE PERFECT SLEEVE LENGTH (for me). I was over the moon when I tried it on. And I knew I had to have it. The sleeves weren't too long for once and it was just perfect. I love the biker style (as always) especially when it has a band / belt at the hem, and this particular design has it too. And. It was the last piece in my size. And on 20% off. So yeah. I guess it's fate :)

Tailored Classics

Shirt | Zara
Shorts | Mango
Bag | Balenciaga
Shoes | Robinsons
Watch | Grandeur (Isetan)
Bangle | Agnès b
Necklaces | Taipei

Went grocery shopping in one of my favourite heartland malls: Westgate. (It has two of my favourite stores: COS and Isetan).
I suspect this Zara shirt is part of the staff uniform sollection (if they even do have one) because at some (lucky) times, I'd see really classic pieces with size XXS at their sales. Anyhow, whatever the collection is, I'm always happy to meet XXS-sized pieces in Zara (they're really rare).
And so I paired this lovely shirt with one of my favourite tailored shorts (I have this pair in several colours and fabrics) from Mango. The cut (after some alteration) fits me the best so far. Plus they all have side pockets, which I absolutely love.
The face of this watch never fails to make my heart skip a beat because it is just so pretty and well made. I seldom wear it though, because I'm seldom in a mood for white watches, especially one that has a patent strap (I kind of dislike wearing patent usually). No idea what put me in a mood for it that day but well, here it is!

Sole

Cami top | ASOS
Denim skirt | Mango
Bag | Furla
Necklace | thrifted
Watch & leather bracelet | Agnès b.
Shoes | SCHUTZ via Robinsons

I was first attracted to this pair of shoes because of the subtle stud details on it. And great, it has my favourite covered toe shape - pointed. Then, I realised it was pony hair - in navy. Then, I saw the sole.  And I was sold. Such anti-slip goodness. The grooved rubber soles make the entire shoe look way more special than it would have been without it (imo). It brings so much more attitude to the shoes (and is way safer to wear on rainy days lol).
I like jazzing up a plain outfit with shoes with nice details and this was the perfect look for a trip to the doctors some time back. I like to just add a touch of chic element to an otherwise casual and simple outfit.
